Dumb post

Not much to say today. More salad, more vegetables. Yay. I’m excited for the end of the 2-week of carb detox to be over. I need some fruit or something. Definitely something.

    Keep it up! It’s so funny about diets. I’ve been doing a vegan (first 2 weeks) and now I’m adding 3 oz protein this week. All I really eat is veggies and carbs (fruits, whole grains)…I’ve lost weight. Crazy how you can give up carbs or animal protein or whatever to lose weight. Keep working and you’ll be that skinny gal in no time!

    You’re stronger than I am. I couldn’t finish my 2 week carb and sugar detox…..LOL I only did one week and was dying for fruit….. and ate it on the 8th day….LOL

    I think I’m just going to stick to my calorie counting and small portions…. I need my fruit.
